CEO & Partners Rose Dedication Program

The CEO & Partners Rose Dedication Program offers Hospital CEOs, Transplant Center Administrators, Tissue Banks and Donation Community Partners in your service area an opportunity to handwrite a rose dedication to be placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float. This is a great way for Organ Procurement Organizations to engage their partners and have these organizations be part of the OneLegacy Donate Life Float.

Vials will be shipped to your organization for you to disperse to your community partners. The deadline to submit your request to participate in the CEO & Partners Rose Dedication Program is November 10, 2024. All handwritten dedications must be returned in the packaging provided by December 10.

Please note, the only items included in this program are the opportunity to have a vial with handwritten message placed on the float and a digital certificate for you to personalize with your community partner's name. If you would like to honor your organizations families and heroes with a personalized digital certificate (given to each family) and dedication posted on the OneLegacy Donate Life website, please consider our Rose Dedication Ceremony Sponsor Program or Rose Dedication Sponsor Program.
